If your address is not yet available to apply for the infrastructure, we will save your application form and prepare the contract and the letter of consent as soon as it becomes available (1 year before the predicted date of construction).

If the address you're inquiring about is found in the defined pool of adresses, eligible for applying for the construction of infrastructure, we, as a contractual partner of the company RUNE Enia d.o.o., will, based on the completed application form, prepare an infrastructure contract and the owner's letter of consent to perform construction work. In accordance with the chosen method of business communication, we will send you said contract and letter of consent, which must then be signed and returned in accordance with the instructions, that will be sent alongside the documents.

 

Only after having returned the signed documents and making the payment as per contract, will you have met all the conditions for the construction of the infrastructure.

 

After having successfully applied for the infrastructure, you will also have to sign a contract with a service provider of your choice, which will then provide you with telecommunication services on the RUNE network.

Digitalization is not a goal, but a means which is even more true for digital technologies. Digital strategy is an important part of the companies business strategy, which relates to different areas of the company, from development, production, product function to logistic, sales, marketing and human resources. 

What is a digital strategy?

Digital strategy is a way to reach the business goals which are supported by digital technologies.

 

There are two main ways that digital technologies can bring added value:

  • Through savings, optimization and cost reduction,

  • Through increase of revenue.

Why digital strategy?

Today, all businesses have a digital strategy whether they know it or not; regardless of whether they have written it down. This simply means that every company is dealing with data, analysis, optimization and costumers. What is the process of preparing the strategy?

The whole process is planned for completion within 6 weeks in order to minimise the effect on regular working processes.

This is a four step process: situation analysis, joint workshops, preparation of a draft and final document, an ‘action plan’- presentation of the document to the employees.

Preparation of the document is managed and conducted by a team of consultants and entrepreneurs with extensive experience in implementing similar projects.

Situation analysis

Acquaintance with the process and insights into the key challenges for  the company by area, identification of digitalization areas as an opportunity. 

Joint workshop

Presentation of digitalization, its advantages and disadvantages, examples of good practices and identification of opportunities.

Draft

A draft for the company’s digital strategy in key areas with indicators and outline of projects. 

Presentation

Presentation of the final version of the digital strategy that is published and explained to employees, detailing the changes it brings.
